Retreats at Fair Oak Farm

Over the last few years you may have noticed that we've become home to a number of regular retreats. Whilst providing a home in the UK for established and internationally recognised retreat organisers, we are also very pleased to be working with some newer retreat organisers, helping them, if they are truly willing and able, to find their feet in the retreat market.

It's fair to say that the retreats market is quite saturated with a lot of people and places jumping on the band wagon but that's not stopped their popularity and demand remains strong. However, there's an extremely broad range of experience out there. With this in mind, when looking for your next retreat, it's important to filter out those that know what they're doing from those that don't!

There's certainly a formula that seems to work very well at Fair Oak Farm and we are always willing to share our experience and knowledge with those willing to do what it takes to make it work. Like any business though, even with this helping hand, it's hard work to get it right and establish yourself in the market.

Whether you are a new mum needing some time away to learn about post-natal fitness and nutrition with like-minded women or someone recovering from surgery who requires support in their rehabilitation, or perhaps you want a healthy detox programme, a re-wilding experience in nature or you simply want a more traditional yoga, pilatas or fitness retreat - we work with partners who have the very best experts for your needs.

Sometimes this includes a number one book author, yoga instructors with almost celeb status, dance instructors with a million and one Instagram followers or one of our Harley Street experts. Just as often though, the best person for YOU is a local expert. We have the full range here and will be pleased to point you in the right direction.

All of our partner's retreats come with our usual standard of food and drink, to suit the retreat.

A few of the yoga retreats coming up include Lift Yourself Retreats, organised by Harriet Brown (someone we've known for many years, next retreat end of January 2020), Emma from The Yoga Tree (next retreat end of March 2020) and Yoga with Gabi (next retreat in March 2020).

Alternatively, you may like a Pilates based retreat with from Respect Pilates, organised by Claire Mills, co-founder of Four Sides London (next winter retreat November 2020) or a mind and body transformation and awakening with Sylvia King, organiser of VoaVanGare Retreats and with Sum Yoga teaching.

Fair Oak Farm offers an ideal getaway for a retreat with our tranquil setting, large open plan lounge dining lounge space as well as comfy, cosy communal spaces in the historic, beamy farmhouse, on-site treatment studio, outdoor sauna, large workshop and practice spaces, private lodges and cottages and scenic walks all coming with exclusive use of our estate.

There’s no doubt that you will come away feeling well rested, calm and re-charged.

For more information about any of our upcoming retreats please do get in touch or if you're a retreat organiser you can see some information about our venue and latest availability at https://www.fairoakfarm.co.uk/wellness-retreat-venue and likewise, get in touch for more information.
