Fizz n Fish at the Farm

We’re incredibly luckily to have some top notch, award winning produce right on our doorstep in Mayfield and we were keen for our guests to enjoy some of the action so we hosted our own little pre-dinner Fizz + Fish event in the barn.

In early March we welcomed a few respected bloggers and insta influencers to experience some of our local produce during a stay with us.

A mix of influencers from fashion, parenting, interiors and wellness came together to meet each other and enjoy some time out in the countryside here in Mayfield. Guests included the wonderful Debbie Le (The Fashionable Pan @thefashionablepan), Kerri Northcott (@life_with_ivycoco), Amy Davies Pereira (@littlehouseinlondon), Hanna aka 'The Savvy Mummy' (@the_savvy_mummy), Emily Harding (@emily.rose.harding) and Strictly Come Dancing star and TV presenter Ore Oduba (@oreoduba) and his wife Portia (@portiajett).

From the Wellness industry Harley Streets' advanced clinical hypnotherapist, Fiona Lamb (www.fionalamb.com) and Danielle Copperman aka Model Mange Tout (@dcopperman) also attended. Fiona will be leading her own #retreat here at Fair Oak Farm later this year and Danielle has penned her own book, simply titled 'Well Being', full of wellness tips for women wanting a healthier life.

What better way to bring people together than with fine wine and booze infused salmon…

James and 'H' from The Pished Fish joined us to share some of their booze infused smoked salmon with mouth watering flavours such as Gin & Tonic, Margarita and Dark & Stormy. If you haven’t tried Pished Fish yet, you must! It is now stocked in lots of local shops, oh and London's Fortnam & Mason.

We were also lucky enough to be joined by Jonica Fox from Fox & Fox, a boutique grower producer of some of the finest English sparkling wine based just around the corner in Mayfield. Jonica kindly brought along some of their award winning fizz to serve for our guests to taste.

Danielle Copperman's book 'Well Being' is now available to buy. You can read a review by Glamour magazine here. To find out more about Fiona Lamb's retreats please contact her directly at www.fionalamb.com.
