Availability shown is for exclusive hire of the accommodation. Our standard rates are for group bookings with 25-32 guests. Although capacity is higher, our maximum occupancy is strictly 32 guests.
Discounted rates apply to incentivise bookings with single occupancy (up to 17 guests) and low occupancy (18-24 guests). Bookings may not be revised to a lower occupancy rate at a later date.
'Please Call' indicates potential availability of individual properties for smaller groups, families and couples.

Unless otherwise agreed prior to booking, arrival is at 4pm and departure is at 9.30am.

Availability above indicates available dates for private and exclusive use of our holiday accommodation. Availability will be limited to reflect our own use of the property to host private retreats, including any occupation of the farmhouse and ancillary accommodation by family and staff.

We sometimes hold back buildings or have occasional availability for local community events, charity use or day hire to support local businesses and suppliers. Please get in touch with us directly to check our upcoming availability for smaller groups, families or couples wanting overnight accommodation in one or more of our individual buildings. It's rare, but very occasionally we may have an individual building available.
