Nestled in a twelve acre Sussex country estate and set within wonderful gardens, the holiday accommodation includes a complex of beautifully converted barns, historic Grade II Listed farmhouse, eco-lodge tree houses, huts, Oast House and outbuildings. 

 

Holiday guests can dine together in the splendour of the lounge barn, enjoy the cinema barn, games barn and sauna within the grounds or take a stroll through the surrounding woodland and open countryside. Although capacity is greater, occupancy is limited to a maximum of 32 guests providing flexibility and space in overnight accommodation. Lower occupancy bookings are incentivised with discounted rates.

Ancillary accommodation with two bedrooms, sleeping up to 4 guests, with private gated entrance, parking and courtyard garden. The new Oast House was added in 2021 and is now included with exclusive hire of the holiday accommodation on our farm country retreat.
